2. What data we process and why

Contact form and property search questionnaire: name, email address, phone number (optional), your details about the property you are looking for and your message. We use this data to respond to your enquiry and to suggest suitable properties. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and the consent you give by ticking the checkbox (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Contact by email, phone or WhatsApp: we use the data you send us solely to deal with your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Technical data: when you visit the website, the server processes technically necessary data (IP address, date and time, page visited, browser). When you submit a form, the date, time, page and IP address are also stored to prevent misuse. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating the website securely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

3. Recipients

• Hosting: the website is hosted by a provider with servers in Frankfurt am Main (Germany, EU), acting as a data processor.
• Email: form enquiries are sent to our email inbox at Google (Gmail, Google Ireland Limited).
• Google Maps: the map on the contact page only loads when you click “Load map”. Data (including your IP address) is then sent to Google, possibly also to the USA. Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Data is only passed on to other third parties with your express consent (for example to a lawyer or notary during a purchase) or where required by law.

4. Retention

We keep your enquiry for as long as necessary to deal with it and for any further collaboration, and no longer than two years after our last contact, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

5. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and you may withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, write to alvarolinaresrodriguez4@gmail.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es) or with the supervisory authority of your country of residence.
